Turn cold emails into warm conversations.
Weekday Solutions gives you production-grade email infrastructure, warmup, and outreach automation—so your campaigns actually land in the inbox, not the spam folder.
Features
Everything you need to make cold email boringly reliable.
Weekday Solutions is built by people who have actually run large-scale campaigns. We bake in the boring but critical pieces—DNS, warmup, monitoring—so your team can focus on copy and targeting.
Connect multiple domains and inboxes, use our opinionated defaults, or customize everything down to sending windows, ramp-up curves, and sequence logic.
Smart warmup engine
Automatically warm up new inboxes with human-like conversations, replies, and gradual volume ramps. Configurable per inbox, domain, and provider.
Deep deliverability diagnostics
Track SPF/DKIM/DMARC status, spam triggers, bounce patterns, blocklists, and provider-specific issues in one dashboard before they hurt your campaigns.
Outreach + data in one place
Sync leads from Google Sheets or your CRM, build multi-step sequences, and use webhooks/APIs to plug Weekday into your existing enrichment and scraping flows.
Multi-account orchestration
Load-balance sending across multiple inboxes and domains, respecting per-provider safety limits and your warmup status automatically.
Real-time campaign view
See opens, clicks, replies, and bounces in real-time. Filter by upload, owner, or sequence to know exactly what’s working right now.
Safe by default
Built-in throttling, sending windows, unsubscribe handling, and per-upload safeguards so one bad list doesn’t burn your whole infra.
Workflow
From zero to a healthy, scalable outbound engine in days.

3. Launch campaigns safely

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do you replace my existing CRM or outreach tool?
Not necessarily. Weekday can run standalone for email outreach, but many teams use it alongside their CRM, LinkedIn workflows, and internal tools. You can push/pull data using Sheets, webhooks, or our API.
What email providers do you support?
We support Gmail / Google Workspace, Outlook / O365, and any standards-compliant SMTP (including self-hosted Postfix/Dovecot setups) as long as they allow authenticated sending over TLS.
How long does warmup usually take?
It depends on domain age, history, and desired volume. Many customers see healthy inbox placement for modest volumes within a couple of weeks, but we recommend a gradual ramp and continuous monitoring, especially for new domains.
Can you help with DNS / SPF / DKIM / DMARC setup?
Yes. We surface issues automatically inside the product, and for paid plans we can assist with reviewing and suggesting DNS changes so your setup follows best practices.
