About us
We built Weekday Solutions because “just send more emails” stops working.
Weekday Solutions started as an internal tool built to fix a problem we kept seeing: teams were spending time on copy, targeting, and lead lists—but almost nobody had solid visibility into inbox placement, domain health, and safe volume ramping.
Built on real-world campaigns, not theory.
We’ve run outbound for B2B SaaS, agencies, education, and recruitment. Along the way we’ve dealt with:
- New domains getting throttled because they were scaled too quickly.
- Deliverability issues hidden inside vague “this message looks suspicious” errors.
- Juggling Gmail, self-hosted SMTP, and third-party tools with no central view.
Weekday Solutions is everything we wish we had from day one: a single place where infra, warmup, and outreach talk to each other.
What we believe
- Deliverability is a first-class metric. Open and reply rates don’t matter if you’re silently in spam.
- Tools should match how teams actually work. Sheets, CRMs, custom scrapers, and APIs should plug in without drama.
- Good infra should feel boring. Safe limits, warmup rules, and DNS checks should “just be there” by default.
Where Weekday fits into your stack
Weekday Solutions is the glue between your email infrastructure and the rest of your growth stack. We don’t try to be your CRM or replace your existing reporting tools. Instead, we:
- Connect to Gmail, Outlook, and custom SMTP / self-hosted setups.
- Coordinate warmup, limits, and health checks across domains.
- Expose clean APIs and webhooks so you can build your own workflows on top.

Send us a short note describing your current setup and problems. We’ll be honest if we’re not the right tool—or suggest a phased rollout if we are.
